Application:

Suitable and mainly applicable to the hydro-forming process of pipe-shaped components.  Such as stainless steel, copper,l aluminum, iron and other materials of vacuum cups, thermal flasks, water kettles, and other tableware, utensils, stair handrails and decorative pipe fittings, etc.  It can replace traditional rubber bulging and other processes to achieve the forming of complexl surface shape parts, with the advantages of high production efficiency, small occupying space, excellent performance, sensitivel and accurate control, and safe and reliable operation.

◆ The equipment is equipped with an independent rapid low-pressure filling system, which quickly expels air from the mold cavity and fills it with swelling liquid during the downward movement of the main cylinder. After closing the mold, a low-pressure liquid chamber is formed without air, which makes it convenient for the pressure intensifier to quickly inject high-pressure liquid, shortening the forming time;

◆ The main motor uses a Siemens energy-saving motor, which has many advantages such as a large starting torque, a wide operating range, low noise, long service life, and low energy consumption;

◆ The equipment is a vertical structure, which effectively increases the equipment opening height to 1500mm, and the forming parts height can reach 600mm. It can be customized to have a larger opening height for rapid water bulging equipment according to customers' special requirements;

◆ The liquid is injected into the mold cavity through the worktable filling hole as back pressure, and the pre-formed bulging effect of the liquid back pressure is used to effectively reduce defects such as cracking and wrinkling, and effectively improve the drawing ratio.
